About this project
Help For Dads was built by a dad who went through the family law system and found it confusing, expensive and lonely. The goal is simple: help other separated parents get organised, stay calm, and keep a meaningful relationship with their children.
The voice here speaks to fathers, because that's the experience it grew from — but the guides and tools work for any separated parent.
